The Hereford Civic Museum is home to the City's past, housing Hereford's historic silver and ancient charters as well as many other artifacts, all of which serve as a link to the City's history. Behind every piece is a story to be told, from our charters stretching back to 1189, to the Silver Cup Trophy from a motor race in 1904, the history of Hereford is here to be told again.
The Civic Museum is entirely FREE to visit, and is open 10.30 am - 3.30 pm on Wednesdays. It is also open to bookings. Please phone 01432 260438 or email mayor@herefordcitycouncil.gov.uk to arrange a visit.
